Updating from a previous 7.x release:

Current Users upgrading from 6.x or earlier:
1) The engine port is now 1967. Version 7 also gets installed into a different folder (Autokrypt7) than Version 6.x. The Application links are now "Autokrypt7". Hence, you can test 7.x while running 6.x or earlier on the same machine.
2) First Import all your keys into Autokrypt 7.x keystore. Once you import a public key, you need to Set the keys Trust level to Ultimate. To do this, right mouse click on the key in the Key Store. Select "Edit Trust" and follow instructions.
3) Then Convert your 6.x data into 7.x format using File menu / Convert 5.x/6.x
4) Edit every profile and save them again.
5) Test existing tasks

AutoKrypt Features

Encryption Profiles allow you to quickly add encryption and decryption profiles. These files can be used in encryption or decryption tasks.

Encryption task allows you to encrypt files or an entire folder and its subfolders.

Decryption task allows you to decrypt files or an entire folder and its subfolders.

Key Generator can generate secret, public, private, OpenPGP public and private keys.

Key Store manager allows you to import or export keys for external use.

Email Notification for all tasks based on task exit code.
