| Title | Can not download files from Microsoft Ftp Server |
| Date Updated | 01/05/2002 |
| Versions affected | Automize 2.x,3.x , JavaScheduler 2.x |
| OS affected | All |
| Description | Will not download files if the ftp server is a Microsoft Ftp Service (version 5.0). You can only upload files to the server. |
| Causes | The Microsoft Ftp server default directory listing style is set to MSDOS. This causes the Directory listing command to fail, and hence download fails. If the Ftp server default directory listing style is set to Unix, then download works. |
| Solution | 1. Use version Automize
or JavaScheduler 4.0 or
later. 2. If using earlier versions, Set the directory listing style of your Microsoft Ftp Service to Unix. Click here for information. |
| Output Log | No information provided. The exit code = 0 is set and Automize does not show any indication of error. |
| Debug Log |
No information.
