| Causes | Permissions not setup for Automize, AbleFtp, or JaSFtp etc.. internet access |
| Solution | Setup ZoneAlarm so that
the scheduler Engine (javaw.exe) has access to
local and internet zones. The Admin and Engine communicate via
sockets, so javaw.exe also has to act as a Local server. You may also have to allow
javaw.exe to act as an Internet server.
We have tested all our version 4.x and later products with ZoneAlarm on Win2K in the above configuration without any problems. |
