| Title | Scheduler Engine does not run newly created task when busy |
| Date Updated | 09/07/2001 |
| Versions affected | JavaScheduler 4.0+, Automize 4.0+ |
| OS affected | All |
| Description | The user creates a new task while the scheduler engine is very busy. The user then tries to manually run the task. The task fails to run and the status bar shows the following x>=x, where x is the total tasks. |
| Causes | When the scheduler engine is busy, it fails to acknowledge the signal from the User Interface (admin) that a new task has been created. It does not reload the new task data. |
| Solution | Manually re-edit the task and hit save. (You do not need to make any changes to the task) This forces the scheduler engine to reload the task data. |
| Output Log | Error: task not found or x>=x |
