Title Scheduler Engine does not run newly created task when busy
Date Updated 09/07/2001
Versions affected JavaScheduler 4.0+, Automize 4.0+
OS affected All
Description The user creates a new task while the scheduler engine is very busy.  The user then tries to manually run the task.  The task fails to run and the status bar shows the following x>=x, where x is the total tasks.
Causes When the scheduler engine is busy, it fails to acknowledge the signal from the User Interface (admin) that a new task has been created.  It does not reload the new task data.
Solution Manually re-edit the task and hit save. (You do not need to make any changes to the task)  This forces the scheduler engine to reload the task data.
Output Log Error: task not found  or x>=x
