Uninstall fails, or fails to remove following files: 1) All .jar files in 'Automize folder' 2) 'inputs' directory 3) 'TaskLogs' directory |
| Causes | 1) Automize Scheduler engine is still
running!! 2) Installer cannot delete data files created after install or files which are in use. |
| Solution | 1) If the .jar files cannot be deleted, it
means that the Automize Scheduler engine is still running. Log out
and then back in. This shuts down the engine. Then delete
the Automize folder manually. 2) The 'inputs' and 'taskLogs' folder have all your user data. These folders are not deleted. If you are sure that you will not need to use Automize on the current machine, then you can manually delete these folders. |
