| Solution | You can Backup using two techniques: 1) Manually backup using the File menu. Backup & Restore feature 2) Use the Auto Backup task from the Tasks / Administrative menu. Schedule an Auto Backup task every week. You can select the option to place files in a new subdirectory based on date. Then clean up the backup folder every few months and delete old backups. |
