Subject I have no icons in the tool bar

Message I tried to send this email through the support function on the Automizer, but it did not work. My issue, is that I have no icons in the tool bar section of the Automizer. For example the red/green circle, that says whether the scheduler is running or not, is no longer visible. The chain icon, and all the other icons (schedule a task, edit a task...etc....) seem to have just disappeared.

1) Do the following: Go the the c:\program files\automize\images folder. Check if the following files exist: green.gif (scheduler running icon) and edit.gif (edit a task icon) 
2) If you place your mouse cursor over where the buttons should have been, does the tooltip text appear? If you click in this location, does the button action occur? 
3) This issue probably started today?.. is there any other issue on your system with viruses, other applications etc..? All other applications are running ok? 
4) you can send us your data files using the Support generator / zip button. Maybe there is something else we can see from your data files.

Reply2 It looks like 1. is the problem. My images folder is empty. Somehow it must have been deleted. Systems was doing some cleaning up on our personal drives over the weekend. They must have deleted it. What would it take to get another copy of this folder?

You should install the latest 5.x patch, 5.59. This should restore the original folder as well as bring you up to date on 5.x.
