| Message | We have some problems to send mail with this application.
The log error are the follow: Sep 30, 2004 5:06:04 PM Sending failed; nested exception is: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: mailhost, port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Operation timed out: connect We have other applications working with this SMTP server without problems, but the Automatize donīt work properly. Please let me know some tips in order to check this problems Thanks a lot Fernando |

Hi fernando, Thanks for using Automize. Seems like the server name is wrong. It is not connecting to the server at all. In your email profile, Nike_Email_host=mailhost Instead, Enter the IP address of you email server. From the email you sent me, it seems like externally it is: *********** This is the external IP address of the server. Internally you may have to use something else. check with your admin about the IP address required.. -- Sincerely, Hitek Software |
