| Message | Hello Support, the jobs which call an execute command will show the following error Oct 12, 2004 5:00:00 PM java.lang.NullPointerException at Log.log(Log.java:51) at timerTask.run(SchedulerEngine.java:258) at java.util.TimerThread.mainLoop(Unknown Source) at java.util.TimerThread.run(Unknown Source) Yesterday the scheduler broke down and since this time the jobs don't start. Waht's wrong ? Greeting |

Thanks for using Automize. 1) For the files you sent me (support.zip etc..) the latest task run is Sep 1st. You probably sent me files from another system or another install on the system?. This is the last entry from your activity log. Sep 1, 2004 5:29:00 PM Chain - DiversifiedProd - End Instance = 526 , Exit Code = 2 , Runtime (ms) = 719 2) You may try logging off and then back.. Then make sure to start the correct instance of Automize 6.
