Subject Kick off a batch job when new file arrives

Message Does Automize provide feature that would automatically detect the availability of a file and Once the file is arrived, kick of a batch job chain?

Thanks for your interest in Automize. 
1) Automize has a File Monitor task, that can detect the presence of a file. It also has an option to run another task if the criteria is satisfied 
2) There is a WinCommand task that can run batch jobs 
3) Also , there is a chaining feature that you can use to run a FileMonitor + WinCommand Task in sequence (but not needed for this issue since the FileMonitor task can trigger the WinCommand task)
