Subject Licensing and support questions

Message We are thinking about purchasing your product, and have questions about licensing. If we install Automize version 6 on a server, do we ONLY purchase one license for that server, or do we have to purchase licenses for the servers that we are ftp-ing from. (Getting content from)?? 
Also, how do we get support for this product? Is it purchased on a yearly basis, or is it part of the price of the license. 
If you could answer these questions, &/or have a sales person call me for details, I would appreciate it.

Thanks for evaluating Automize. 
1) You would need to purchase 1 license for the server that Automize is installed on. 
2) Unlimited email support is included with the price of the license.
