Subject Email problem with exchange mail server

Message Hello,

I purchased the Automize ver. 6.11

I have set up a task to e-mail my exchange account when it runs.

Looking at the log files it appears to be running correctly but I never get the mail.

We have put a packet sniffer on my local machine but we see no mail activity being generated from the local machine(Automize) however I can manually login to our exchange server via telnet from my local machine and send mail with no problems.

Please advise corrective action.

Thanks for using Automize. It is very likely that you are getting a relaying denied error. Please read the following article regarding relaying denied error: http://www.hiteksoftware.com/knowledge/articles/026.htm

If this does not solve your issue, send us your Automize data files as shown below. Since you cannot send email via Automize, you would have to use the ZIP button and follow instructions.
