Thanks for evaluating JaSFtp

1) We have had a few users who have been using the regular Ftp task for both put and get to VMS servers without any problems. However, we also have had a couple of users who have had problems with either put or get (i forget which). The issue seems to be related to how the user account on the VMS Ftp server is setup, which ultimately creates a problem with the remote directory path.

2) You can try and use the Ftp Command task to connect to VMS server. Users who had problems using the Ftp task had success with the Ftp Command task.

3) You can send us your data files as shown below. This will give us your error details etc.. and I can compare with our support database on VMS.
