Licensing our software 

Please follow these criteria very carefully, and determine the number of licenses that you need to purchase. 

a) At least 1 license per workstation: Every workstation (PC, Mac, or Unix etc..) that the software is installed on, requires a license. For example, if you install and use the software on 10 workstations, you need to purchase 10 licenses.
 
b) Multiple users per workstation, multiple users use the software: Multiple users per workstation, multiple users use the software: A single copy of the software may be installed, or multiple users may install the software in their own user directory. But, multiple users use the software. In this case, the total licenses required is the number of individual users using the software. Example, if 3 users use the software on the same workstation, you need to purchase 3 licenses for that workstation.

c) Multiple users per workstation, single user uses the software: Sometimes many users share a workstation, but only a single copy of the software is installed, and Only one user uses the software. In this case, only one license is required for that workstation. 

d) Within a company, licenses can be transferred from one computer to another computer, provided the software is first removed completely from the original workstation. 

e) Licenses cannot be transferred from one company to another company.

Development / Testing License:

a) Many licensed users of our software need extra license for testing/development than that used in production.  For example an engineer may deploy 1 copy of Automize on a production system.  However, he may need another copy of Automize on a test system to develop/tests his tasks.  In this case, the engineer is allowed to generate a new registration key for the test system, if he already has 1 license for the production system.

b) Many licensed users of our software need extra license for testing/development at home.  For example an engineer at a company may deploy 1 copy of Automize on a production system.  However, he may need another copy of Automize on his business laptop to develop/tests his tasks.  He may take his business laptop home.  In this case, the engineer is allowed to generate a new registration key for the home/test system, if he already has 1 license for the production system.
