How to install
Stop the Automize NT service, using the Service Control Manager (If you are using the Automize NT service
module)
Shut down the scheduler engine and shut down the Automize user interface.
Move to the Automize folder.
Download the patch (zip file) using the link at the end of this page.
Unzip this zip file directly into the Automize folder. The new files will
overwrite old files in the 'Automize', 'Automize\images' and 'Automize\help' folders.
Restart Automize.
Possible Errors:
If you get a message saying that hitek9.jar is in use, and cannot be
copied, it means that the scheduler engine or user interface is still
running. Please Stop the Automize service if you are using it, shut
down the scheduler engine from the user interface, and then shut down
Automize user interface. Then, try installing the patch again.
