User support request:

We are using the CheckEmail task to retrieve emails from one of our mail severs. For some unkown reason the extract file that it has generated for a batch of approximately 100 emails contains the following text:

"Problem getting envelope information for message"

Have you any idea what this means?

This error means that the java email parser could not parse the email message completely. We have never seen this error reported before. are there attachments in the email? are they binary images in the email?
