User email support request:

How would I go about getting through the sandbox in Access2003, in order to run the macros. I have tried setting it to low security, but it still asks 2 questions regarding unsecure information.
Please advise.

Unfortunately, we have not seen this support issue being reported before.
what are the 2 questions it asks? can you attach the message box screenshots or simply the text will do.

1) Version 7.x should not act any differently than 6.x or 5.x. The code has not changed for this module.
2) Additionally, it is a commandline launch in all 3 versions.
3) Only thing I can think of is NT service? are you using NT service in 7.x but not in the earlier version?
