User feedback:

It would be nice if there were an option to send out email notifications for all conditions, not just failed...

You can set and save multiple email notification profiles.
You can set profiles if tasks fail (exit code > 0)
You can set profiles if tasks do not fail (exit code = 0)
You can also set one profile to notify you off all task runs (set exit code > -1000)
