|

I have the NT service module installed and I have a scheduled task that runs every 10 minutes. When I log off, the Automize interface shuts down but the NT service is still running (which is good). However, the log shows the title of the task but it doesnt execute. When I log on and open the Automize interface, the task runs fine. What do I need to do to execute the task when i log off my windows domain account?
Thanks.. |

1) If the log shows the task title and the header of the task at its scheduled execution time, even after logoff, then the engine is running correctly as a service.
2) Create and schedule an Echo task every 10 minutes, to confirm that the tasks are running correctly after logoff.
3) What task type is this? is your task is trying to use the desktop (like a keystroke task or excel task etc..) or needs user input?. |

| Thanks for the quick response. I got the task to work now. I copied the task from another server which I believe is why it wouldnt execute. I simply rescheduled the task and it is working now. Thanks very much. |
