Hi

I have an SFTP connection issue I can't see the reason for. We're trying a regular password-authenticated SFTP connection (standard port 22). It works perfectly with FileZilla from the server where Automize runs but Automize itself comes back with an "unknown cause" error.

Output log:

I have verified the password a thousand times and also asked the ftp server admininstrator whether he has any useful entries in his log but I don't know yet whether he can retrieve anything.
As it works with FileZilla (3.0.1), what can possibly be wrong?? Any input is welcome. We're currently using Automize Enterprise 7.26.

Regards,
Silvan

you may want to update to 7.42 and try again. We have updated to the newer version of our 3rd party sftp api since 7.26. This newer version likely has a fix for your issue.

make sure to stop engine and user interface.
then update using the patch update or full installer.

Hi melvin

Yes, it works with 7.42. Looks like the newer API does the trick. Smile

Thanks,
Silvan
