I am trying to transfer a file to another site. I get the error: "501 Invalid data set name" and "Use MVS Dsname conventions". I was informed by my associates that I needed to add in an "Initialize Command", with proper string format, in order for the remote site to accept the file. How and where do I set this up? When using FTP Pro there is an option under Site Options to set this up. It is located under the Startup field. Within that field is an area that will allow you to put in your Intialize Command string.
I just need to know if Automize has this funtion and how to set it up.

The Ftp monitor or Ftp task do not have this capability. You could try using the FtpCommand task and send in your required command as the first step.

This is a good option to have (i.e. startup command) and we have added this to our wishlist.
