User question:

We are trying Automize8 out on a 30 day trial and are having problems starting the service.

We've unregistered 6 and registered 8 but when we try starting the service we get and error:

Error: 193 0xc1

1) Seems like it could be a permissions issue?
Did you install Automize using an admininstrative account? only admin level accounts can run applications as services.

2) The second possible cause for the error is the existence of a file named "program" under your root directory (i.e. c:\program). If you have a file by this name, rename it

Many Thanks. Renaming the file 'program' has solved the issue.
