Hi,

I have ftp server in Windows using IIS component and trying the ftp functionality of JasFtp. I successfully set up the FTP connection with the server. I am trying to transfer file1.txt from local to remote directory using Staging porcess. I created the task for this purpose but when I try to run the it following error occurs:

Basically it is adding different file sperator "/" to the temporary file created, thus leading to invalid syntax.

you do not have to use the email feature. just the zip button.

Click on the 'Create ZIP' button.
A support.zip file will be created.
email us this support.zip file using your regular email client software
