Recently I'm encountering time when the application seems to hang. Here are 2 examples:
1. A task chain first uses a File Monitor to determine whether to proceed or exit. I can see from the log file that the expected files were found, but the monitor never terminates (the wait time is set for 10 minutes, which has always been overkill anyway). Since no return code is created, the chain is left in limbo.
2. Intermittently, if I click on the item to check Scheduled task statuses (from the Engine drop down menu), the whole thing goes off to la-la-land. The app screen goes gray; I cannot even close the app.
The only thing I've been able to do to get back on track is to stop/restart the Automize8 windows service. That seems to help temporarily, but it doesn't last.
Suggestions? Ideas?
