We are having the same problem. Like one of the other users it is installed on a box with significant resources (24 gb RAM and 500 gb hard drive with 250 gb fee Windows Vista 64-bit).

Since we are all trying to figure this out, I believe I have noticed a couple of things:

1. I run this from my client. When it becomes unresponsive, I notice that I have a lot of "things" runing on my box (Word, Excel, Toad, numerous windows and internet explorer, etc...)

2. I have pending Windows Update

I realize these may be mere coincidences.

NOTE: Since changing my Nightly Restart to only occur on the weekends at a presumably "quite" time, I have not yet had a problem.
