I am purchasing Automize STD and need to know can I have it installed on Server A and have it monitor running processes on Server B and if not running start them? I have already created the VB app to find the process and downloaded AM 7.0 trial on a server and tested it with the app on the same box and it works great, if the process ever stops it restarts it. I just did not know if I can monitor a remote box or not. Do I need either of the other versions to do so or additional licensing? I have an app that can not stop running on a server that I can not install Atomize on so I want to install it on my host monitor server and use it to monitor other server’s apps. |

1) The license is by install. So if you are using Automize on your host monitor server, you would only need a license for that copy.
2) I suppose your VB app finds the process on Server B and restart it there using telnet? |
