User support request:
I'm working with AutoKrypt 7.15 and trying to decrypt some large files. I'm getting the following error message:
Nov 29, 2006 9:09:09 AM Source = T:\enc\MainframeZip3.zip.gpg, Date = Nov 22, 2006 9:25:42 AM , Target = T:\dec\MainframeZip3.zip.gpg
Nov 29, 2006 9:14:09 AM Terminate time exceeded. Process has been terminated
How can I increase the Termination Time? |

| Use the Keystore tab - Settings button - Command time field.. default is 300 s. |

1) try using 3000 seconds ..
2) Seems like the file is not processed at all.
3) send us your data files using the help menu / email support generator. make sure to select the option to attach profiles, and select the task from the task list. then click on the zip button and email us the support.zip file |
