I am testing AutoKrypt7 for 30 day trail for our business. When I try importing private keys I get a fail message, there were no problems with importing public keys. Is it becuase we don't have license key, or do I need to do more steps to get the private keys.

what type of key is it?
what was the error message in the output log or debug log?

no.. trial version has all the features . nothing is diabled in the trial version.
