Hi --

A few months ago, I created a key using Automize and successfully decrypted several files. However, when I tried to run the same decryption task again yesterday and today, the key could not be found. I moved the key files using instructions I found on this forum so that they wouldn't be impacted by which user is logged in, and now it seems to be finding the key, but it is still not working. I am getting the following messages:

I have already given out this public key to several clients, so I'd rather not have to create a new one. And I'm worried that if I create a new key it will eventually stop working too.

Any idea what's happening? Thanks in advance.

1) are you using NT service?
if yes, read this:
http://www.hiteksoftware.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1955

2) did you switch user account to start the service or user interface?

3) In the profile, enter the key ID, rather than name <email>
