I was wondering whether it was possible to move a file from a UNIX server to a windows share drive. For example <IP of UNIX Machine>/etc/hi.txt ---> \\<IP of Windows Server>\program files\hi.txt. I have tried creating an SFTP task to do this, and Automize is able to retrieve the file from the UNIX machine, and move it to the windows machine on which Automize is installed. However, when I tell Automize to move it from the UNIX machine to the mapped windows share drive which is located on a server different from the one Automize is installed, the task fails (I believe with an "access denied" or "unable to locate local path" error). Please help! Thanks in advance.

to confirm: this is still a SFTP task from unix server to mapped drive?

you should be able to do this as long as you have the permissions.
are you running the Automize engine as a service?

--Yes.

--My account has the proper permissions. When I map the drive from the windows machine on which automize is installed, I am able to create, modify, delete, etc., files on that shared drive. However when I create a task to do the same through automize, it fails.

are you running the Automize engine as a service? No. I just installed it, and execute it by double clicking it's shortcut.

to debug this, test using a simple copy or delete task against the mapped drive in question.

then send us your support files as shown below:
