Currently running Automize Enterprise v8.4 and at sometime after 3:43pm yesterday all jobs where marked suspended. The Automize Engine was fine and was able to manually execute jobs without an error. Once I rebooted the server all jobs where no longer suspended and processing began as normal.
Has anyone else encounter this issue?
Does anyone know what might cause this to occur?
Thanks! |

Did you hit refresh button? the user interface may not have got its updates regarding the schedules.
also, we have seen this issue when a first user creates the schedule and a second username logs onto the system and edits the schedule.
has this been the case? |

Robert -
Thanks for the reply.
I did not hit the refresh button, but if it happens again I will test that.
We do have multiple users logging into the PC running Automize, so it should have been a case where someone changed a schedule created by a different user. Are there plans to correct this behavior?

Multiple users changing things on Windows 7, vista etc creates problems due to the Operating system. We have no control over the OS separating 2 users directories.
If refreshing via refresh button, restarting the User interface fixed the schedules then the issue is not due to different user.
Regarding rebooting the server fixed the schedules: do you remember if you then logged back on as a different user and started the user interface? |
