1. IMPORTANT: shut down the NT service if applicable.
2. Shutdown the scheduler engine & then close the user interface.
3. Browse to the Main install folder (Automize9 or JaSFtp9 etc..).
4. Delete the 'jre' folder (or better rename it to jre_old)
5. Download JRE 1.6.0_25_x64 http://www.hiteksoftware.com/installs/jres/jre1.6.0_25_x64.zip

6. Unzip it into the Main install folder.
7. This will create a new 'jre' folder.
8. Startup the user interface.
