Once you start the engine as a service, it automatically starts up on system startup. No need to log on.

You should be able to run Windows 2008 Enterprise 64x server. This is one of the many supported platforms for java 6 which JaSFtp 9 uses.

Engine menu / NT service menu help file. Read the help file.
