user support request:
I am using Automize ver 6.32 for Linux.
There seem to be a problem with the Synchronization Profile.
I keep getting the message “java.lang.StackOverflowError” and subsequently cannot open the Synchronization profile window. |

1) send us the 'synchronizeProfiles.jsd file from the 'inputs' folder.
2) or if you have a copy of the software on windows, edit the profiles on windows and move the synchronizeProfiles.jsd file to linux.
3) The file is a simple text file with very simple data format and can be edited using textedit etc.. |

1)The zipped inputs directory is attached herewith. The synchronizedProfiles.jsd is included.
2)I had tried using the profile from our windows version. It had the same error. |

| We had no problem opening the file SynchronizeProfiles.jsd on our windows system. I have resaved the profiles from the Automize editor without making any changes to the profiles. The file is attached. copy it back to the Automize\inputs folder and try again. |
