I am evaluating your JaSFtp. JaSFtp could not connect to my SuSe 10.1
SSH server. See the following logs:

1) are you using password or key based authentication?
2) you can send us your support files:
help menu
email support generator
select option to attach profiles.
select task to analyze
click on ZIP button
email us the support.zip file (to support@hiteksoftware.com) |
