Archiving subfolders to individual zip files?

1) If you are using Automize professional or Enterprise, you can use a script task + chain task + zip task + delete task.
In the script task (see examples), use a for loop.
In each for loop< set the folder path filter for the zip and delete tasks to be \mike\ or \john\ etc..
From the scrip task, run the chain task
Chain task - step 1 - zip task - if exit code > 0 , go to step 100 (exit chain)
Chain task - step 2 - delete task


2) If you are using Automize standard or ableftp etc.., you can use Chain task + zip task + delete task.

For the Zip task and delete task, you will have to point to each subfolder (\john etc..)

Chain task - step 1 - zip task - if exit code > 0 , go to step 100 (exit chain)
Chain task - step 2 - delete task

Thus , you would have to create a set of chain/zip/delete tasks for each person.
