regex ^ and ( | )

Hi , I am new to Automize and trying to figure out meaning for an expression :
Filename : REGEXF=^(BAR|TMY|TMS|VGP|TLF|TTF|TNT|TPT).*txt

^ matches start of filename
| means OR

so expression means: match filenames starting with BAR or TMY etc.. and ending in .txt
