Deleting a task dosen't remove it from chains

actually, it is because of the coding complexity. We would need to search all tasks for chains. then in each chain we would need to read each task step and then delete the steps involving the deleted task. Since each chain task setting window is designed for interactive use, this is not easily done in an automatic mode. An informational/warning message listing chain(s) that the task to be deleted is currently being used in may be possible.
