Moving tasks/schedules causes schedules to be suspended.

1) User X opens the software and creates task and schedule
2) User X logs off.
3) User Y logs on, opens the software and moves the schedule to a different folder.
4) User Y logs off.
5) The schedule will get automatically suspended due to this switching of user accounts.

This seems to be a Operating system specific issue. If you experience this issue, then:
1) log back on as the original user who installed the software and created the task initially. Move the task/schedule to the original folders.
2) Only use the software using the 1 account.
