Multiple triggers

This is a known issue which has been in version 6.x and 7.x. Sometimes a user may have the same schedule triggered multiple times within 1-2 seconds of the scheduled time.

To prevent multiple triggers do the following:
1) Engine menu / Engine settings menu -
Scheduler tab / select option to check for multiple triggers in last 30
save the window

2) Engine menu / Synchronization menu -
create a new profile (click on new profile button) with following settings:
profile name = default
task list = All_Tasks
option = no overlapping tasks, no instances wait
save profile
