Cannot edit tasks

User support request:
I am unable to get the email address to save in the address book or the task. I can add it and save, but when I go back in, it is not there. I typed it into the recipient box and clicked New. I see it there and in the address book. I then click save and it closes the Send email window. When I reopen the Send email window, the email address is not saved into address book or task.

Could be a permissions issue:
1) are you logged on locally or remotely while starting Automize.
2) Has this task been created by the user account you are currently logged on as?
3) What account is the engine started under?
4) Can you create, save, and edit a simple echo task with your currently logged on account?

I was able to resolve the issue by adding myself to the folder security. I can now change existing tasks.
