Does email tasks support the MS Exchange server?

This is a user email support question:

I’m using you trial version of automize and I have troubles when I tried to configure the e-mail server profile, because my e-mail server is a exchange server, is there any way to configure this in order to use it in the definition of the profile?

Yes, our software works with most exchange servers.

The Exchange server normally supports SMTP (sending email) and POP3 (receiving email). If the exchange server supports smtp, it behaves just like any other smtp email server. No special configuration is required in the email server profile setup. Check with your email admin about this.

what error message are you receiving?

Send us your support files using help menu / email support generator. In the email support generator, Click on the ZIP button. A support.zip file is created. Email us that file using your normal email client software.
