Email Notification not being sent

I am looking for some help with email notifications. Have automize Ent version 10.13. I only have one email profile setup.
I have some task that are set to send emails out a certain times of the day to users and that seems to be fine. Email always goes through same sender/server.

Then I have set email notifications to email a profile
Send email if task exit code is >0
For all tasks
Attach task log
Priority is 1

I have had a task that fail for 60 days in a row and never once saw a notification – exit code was 1
I do have some tasks that when they fail they have generated an email but I am not confident that all my tasks are generating notifications based on exit codes greater than 1

Are these tasks part of a task sequence. If yes, on the sequence settings tab, select option to allow email notifications for task steps within sequence.

If not part of sequence, send us your support.zip file using the help menu - email support generator.
