Gpg not providing correct error message

User support request:
I need some help determining why a file will not encrypt. The task log is not as helpful here as it could be.
Thank you for your help. An excerpt from the task log follows.

Complete the field which says:
Place Encrypted File in:
This field seems to be empty.
Then run the task again and resend the log.

Please edit your profile and enter a recipient identity.. Seems to be blank in this log.

Is the engine running as a service? if yes, share the test folder to the service account. Then use UNC format \\servername\test for the folder paths
