Email fails after upgrading from 5.x to 10.x

User email support request:

When I try and send an email I see this error in the logs, and the email does not arrive. The same email settings worked in Automize v5.3 and I converted the data to v10.

For your email profile. please re-enter your password. The default encryption scheme has changed (made more secure) since v5. You could switch back to the v5 scheme, but this is not recommended. Re-entering your password should fix the issue.
