Connection Refused Error

Postby Tech Support » Fri Jan 29, 2016 11:11 am

The most common reasons for a Connection Refused error are:
Server is busy.
A local or remote firewall is blocking access.
The port is not open on the server.
The port is open on the server, but the server is overloaded with connections

If you continue to get this error, try the other FTP module i.e. try both JScape and Commons, just to confirm that it is not FTP module related.
