Cannot save tasks or schedules

User support request:
I add the Access task “MI_BOOKING_SUMMARY” and save it, but the task cannot be run after I click the “Run” button. When I clicked the “Refreash” button, the task disappear from the task panel. Please advise solution for the issue. Thanks!

Hi,

Sounds like a permissions issue.
Which account installed software?
Which account is the service running under?
Which account did you log on with and start Automize UI?
