Key name <Email> field is blank

Key name <Email> field is blank

User support request:
We have Automize version 12.04 and we are having trouble with using a public PGP key we received from a customer. The key has been imported and shows it’s a public key in Automize. I also set the trust level to ultimate and this is an RSA public key. I am unable to select the key when I create an encryption profile. It looks like there is a blank entry in the drop-down and I can select that. However, I get the error that you must choose a recipient identity before saving.

Please manually enter the Key ID into the identity field. It can use either name<email> or keyid.
