Telephone Support
We provide pay$ per
incident telephone support. We will supplement telephone support
with email, to provide documents or other necessary information. Support
telephone number will be provided in the email confirmation
of the purchase.
Pay per incident:
Terms: $200 per incident
1) Maximum 1 month support via telephone or email;
2) Limited to 1 separate technical issue/incident;
3) Telephone support not to exceed 60 minutes;
4) Unlimited priority email support;
5) Support expires after 1 month or when issue is resolved, irrespective
of telephone support minutes used.
6) Telephone support hours: 9AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time.
